Antti Virtaranta

Antti Virtaranta first picked up the upright bass his Junior year of high school, at William G. Enloe High School in Raleigh, North Carolina. A year later joining the Triangle Youth Philharmonic and Triangle Youth Jazz Ensemble. Antti is currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Jazz Performance at the University of the Arts. He plays around Philadelphia with a variety of performers and a variety of styles ranging from Jazz to Classical and Cabaret to Electronic music.
